Survey's on Final Check Stage

SURVEY"S COMING SHORTLY

Survey's are being given a final once over from Backerkit, the company we use to organize all the checkout data so we don't forget anything.

CHECKLIST

• Backerkit needs to look over and check for errors
• Once they green light the surveys it goes out to about 5% of backers (a few from each tier)
• Once most of that 5% has checked out, we will correct any errors that popped up and send out the survey to everyone else.

FREE SHIPPING EXCEPTION - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The oversized posters and lithograph ship separately from the rest of your order rolled in a tube.   Unfortunately, that means they cannot be included in the box with the rest of your order so they will be charged a FLAT fee of $25 Canada or $45 Everywhere else.  If you order over $200 in oversized items we will ship for free.  Shipping will have to be manually adjusted for free oversize item shipping.

My new inventory girl had an issue with inventory while I was out of town so we are a few days behind.  I am spending today (yes, mother's day because I love you guys!) clearing up errors and then Backerkit has to do their double check for errors.

2021 SKETCHBOOK PROGRESS

I am going over today what I hope to be the last round of changes and updates to the sketchbook.  We added an entire bonus section to the back that contains much of what would have gone into the Nexus booklet.  We have a printer in Florida with hyper speed turn around so the last obstacle is hoping the printing isn't too dark.  Each round of changes takes only a few days so we could be shipping this very soon.

Thank you all for your support!  We raised just over $23,000.  The book will be 144 pages which is still a really big book!  Most of the added pages will be directly from Steve sketchbook or supplemental pages for sketches already in the book so you can see more progress shots, etc.

NEXUS BOOKLET

Unfortunately, we did not raise enough for the Nexus Booklet.  We were really looking forward to this booklet and have plans to create it anyway - stay tuned for details as it will likely be it's own kickstarter project in the upcoming months.  This will help keep Steve working on Thuneworld.  

NEXUS GOURMANDO

We received a timeline on the hardcovers for Gourmando just last night.  They will be finished printing by the end of May.  After that it's approximately 3 weeks on boat then 1-2 weeks between customs and US ground shipping, so ETA is around June 28th in house.

SURVEY / CHECKOUT

Surveys will be sent out around May 7th.  We will have an early bird thank you gift for anyone completing checkout within 7 days so we can close out orders and finalize our print numbers.

Currently only extra copies of the sketchbook are available as add ons.  Last time around the add ons got crazy and ultimately got REALLY confusing.  No worries, you'll have a chance to add them on next week when check out comes around.

In favor of free international shipping and cutting back on what the majority has said they don't care about this is a pretty bare bones project.  It will also enable me to focus on the book and get it out faster.  Hopefully coming in a few weeks after surveys are completed as the book is basically finished, just have those extra pages to add in.

We found 5 sketchbook sets that are prepackaged and signed that include the 2012, 2013, and 2014 sketchbooks.  These are all SOLD OUT books.   As part of the exit survey, the Catch Me Up backers will have the exclusive option to add on all 3 books for only $50.

Unfortunately, we have no say in the order the survey's are sent out.  It is entirely random.
